Trails – STANDARD
By purchasing a membership into the consortium, you are agreeing to pay $200 by the final deadline of July 15th, 2025.
All tiers receive:
Rights to perform all materials included in the selected pricing package within the period of exclusivity (July 15th, 2025, through July 1st, 2026)
All applicable materials as digital copies. Hard copies available at a reduced price.
Reduced pricing for all materials not included within the selected pricing package.
Standard: $200
Clarinet and piano version of the entire piece with alternate parts for auxiliary clarinets
Consortium Agreement
By purchasing one of the Consortium Packages, you agree to the following:
• You are entitled to exclusive performance rights of the new work from July 15th, 2025 through July 1st, 2026, shared with the other consortium members.
• You agree not to share the sheet music you receive with anyone else, other than with pianists you perform with.
• You agree that the Composer (Nadine B. Silverman) retains all intellectual property rights to the composition.
• You agree to notify the composer in advance of any plans to perform the work within the period of exclusivity (July 15th, 2025, through July 1st, 2026), and grant the Composer permission to publicize your performance(s) as they see fit.
• If a recording is made of your performance (audio or video), you are strongly encouraged to share it with the Composer.
• While it is encouraged that you perform the work during the period of exclusivity (July 15th, 2025, through July 1st, 2026), you are not required to do so.
• After July 1st, 2026, you are free to perform the work as you like, but no longer retain any exclusivity to it.
• If you have any questions or concerns about the process, you agree to address them forthrightly and respectfully with the Composer.
